Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills Knowledge
--Minimum 7 years of experience in the industry that includes strong exposures to
--Leather production, quality assurance, merchandising, technical sales and customer care
--Knowledge in leather production such as grading, finishing and quality control
--Ability to finalize the product standards well in advance prior to the commencement of bulk production
--Ability to inspect sales sample leathers following the client’s comment Ｏn development samples
--Knowledge Ｏn AQL (Accepted Quality Level) sample plan
--Ability to inspect prototype samples by technically understanding the leather production process
所需知識、特征和技能知識：
--至少7年的行業經驗，包括對
--皮革生產、質量保證、商品銷售、技術銷售和客戶服務
--皮革生產知識，如分級、整理和質量控制
--能夠在批量生產開始之前提前確定產品標準
--能夠根據客戶對開發樣品的意見檢查銷售樣品皮革
--了解AQL（公認質量水平）樣品計劃
--能夠通過技術上了解皮革生產過程來檢查原型樣品
